About JungleRaja
JungleRaja is a complete rebrand of ShowLion which has been around for only a few months and is a relatively new online casino run by a group of companies including Jalexus Ltd. They’re located in Cyprus and licensed through Curacao. The casino offers its services exclusively to customers in India.
Since they are still so very new, they have not yet established a reputation. However, we tried to check it for you as thoroughly as possible and figure out whether this is a good casino for you to play at.

Security and licenses – How trustworthy are they?
For the time being, this is not an easy question to answer. JungleRaja has only been around for a few months and there are not many reviews out there by players or from other established sites.
Whilst there are not many player reviews and comment on the whole, most of them are positive. For such a new casino that is a good sign.
Looking at the official side of things, JungleRaja is licensed through Curacao, which in itself is not the best gambling jurisdiction around since it is difficult for players to file complaints or hope to receive mediation in case of issues.
However, since JungleRaja is aimed at players from India, a European license (the most secure you can find) probably wouldn’t make much sense at this stage. And in case of problems, players from India wouldn’t find it much easier to get help from a European jurisdiction than from Curacao.
So, we’re left with the game providers who work with JungleRaja, all of which are reputable and safe to play. From what we have seen of this casino, it’s neither a scam nor a rogue casino. The Welcome bonus of Rs.500 comes with a 150x wagering requirement while the deposit bonuses come with a 20x wagering requirement before a withdrawal is possible.
Bonuses expire after 14 days so the playthrough requirements have to be met within that time. There is a clear list of games that can be found in the terms and conditions with the percentage they can contribute to your total playthrough requirements as well.

At JungleRaja you can find plenty of awesome online casino games. The casino works with providers such as NetEnt, Microgaming, Push Gaming, Betsoft, Playson, Genesis, Habanero, Pragmatic Play or Rival Gaming and a few others. You will be able to play some of the best and newest slots here as well as favorite classics.
Whilst we’re missing some of our favorite providers, this can hardly be surprising in a new casino. Perhaps that will change eventually, but licensing issues can also be a reason for some providers not to work with a casino.
Beyond hundreds of slot games, fans of video poker are particularly well catered for at JungleRaja. We found an impressive collection of just over 100 video poker games. That’s just about the biggest library of video poker we’ve ever seen anywhere, even in more established casinos.
There is a separate category for scratch cards and table games, of course, where you can find a good variety of games as well.
If you prefer live dealer games, you’ll be able to play at tables supplied by Ezugi and NetEnt, choosing among a variety of roulette, blackjack, baccarat and casino poker games. It’s not the most extensive library of games, but it’s pretty good for a new online casino.
What we really found missing are jackpot games. None of the big Microgaming and NetEnt jackpots are available here. If you check out the jackpots section, you’ll only find two games here and that’s a real shame.
How to do your banking here
Unfortunately, JungleRaja doesn’t have a separate page for banking methods. They also don’t have a FAQ section, which means it is somewhat difficult to find out how to do your banking here.
We did a full analysis on this section and are happy to report that JungleRaja accepts most of the Indian banking methods such as UPI, NetBanking, Bank Transfer and the regular Visa, MasterCard, Neteller, Skrill and Moneta.ru as payment options for deposits and withdrawals. We also know that you can only play using INR.
The terms and conditions are hardly any more helpful. They state the minimum withdrawal is €10 (or the currency equivalent). The terms also mention that withdrawal requests are generally processed within 72 hours just as long as you don’t withdraw more than €1,000 (or the currency equivalent) in that time. More limits are not mentioned anywhere, however.
We do suggest that you make small withdrawals first and go through the ID verification as early as possible as it could be a little more involved.
Customer service
Whilst we don’t know the opening hours of the customer service, they seem to be available most of the time. We’ve checked in with them during various hours of the day and they were there to answer questions.
You can contact the team via live chat, email, a web contact form and even on WhatsApp. The customer service tends to be helpful and we even found them replying to one or two complaints online, making an effort to explain why there had been an issue, to begin with. That’s commendable and a good indication of the kind of customer care the casino aims for.
As already mentioned, there is no comprehensive FAQ section, which we would really like to see in the future.
Design, usability and mobile play
On the whole, we found the JungleRaja homepage quite user-friendly. It’s easy to find your way around and access all areas of the casino. The filter options for the games aren’t what they could be, though. Whilst the games are sorted into various categories, you can’t filter according to provider or slot type and some categories such as HTML5 seem rather superfluous.
Other than that, the casino comes with a reasonably modern design, a classic layout, and an overall simple setup.
Of course, the site is available for mobile play as well. It loads quickly in the mobile browser and gives easy access to all aspects of the casino. Some improvements appear to have been made here as other reviews stated limited usability on mobile devices. We did not find that to be the case.

JungleRaja strikes us as a good new online casino. They probably don’t have a huge number of customers just yet, but the reviews we’ve seen elsewhere seem to suggest that most players are reasonably happy here.
You get some great games, a live casino, the option to play mobile, and whilst sports betting is not part of the offering here, some players are happy to simply play slots or live games here and there. It’s a good place for casual gamblers.
