Security and licensing – How trustworthy is Betmaster?

The good news is that Betmaster.io has been around for over 7 years now and the number of complaints we have found about them is quite small. Indeed, on popular gambling platform AskGamblers, there are only 17 complaints about them in total, which have all be resolved in one way or another. We have seen online casinos that haven’t been around half as long with many more complaints than that.

In the past, we felt the information available on the Betmaster.io homepage to be somewhat insufficient. Whilst there is still no specific help or FAQ section, there are quite a few other areas where plenty of information can be found on topics such as bonus rules, types of bets, self-exclusion, KYC policies, payouts, bonuses, RNG testing and more.

If you can’t find what you are looking for, you can reach the customer service team around the clock via email or live chat. There is even a separate email address for complaints, which is not something we see often.
