Here we have only good things to report. Betkwiff’s parent company is licensed under the UK Gambling Commission, whilst the subsidiary, Worldwide Gaming Limited, which operates Betkwiff, holds a gambling license from the Isle of Man.

We generally prefer online casinos with European licenses as they are more reliable to hold their licensees accountable.

On top of that, there isn’t anything negative have heard about Betkwiff, no serious complaints or major issues that we were able to unearth. Betkwiff has established a solid reputation for itself and is held in good regard with its customers. Of course, there are always some complaints, but nothing out of the usual.

New customers at Betkwiff can choose among two welcome offers. One for sports and one for the casino.

As casino players, we are obviously more interested in the casino welcome offer:

Note, there is no deposit bonus of any kind. This makes things somewhat easier as it is entirely up to you whether you want to meet the wagering requirements of the free spins or not. The sports welcome offer is also worth checking out:

We are not entirely why this is called a surprise bet and there is no further information available. The good news is, winnings are paid out in withdrawable cash, but the stake itself is not returned. That’s quite common and nothing to worry about. We did not notice a cap on the potential winnings but be sure to check as well.

When last we checked in at Betkwiff there wasn’t much else in the promotions department. Their main thing are the supercharged odds as well as supercharged cashouts. But there weren’t any casino promotions to speak of, which is disappointing. We didn’t even see network promotions that almost all casinos run and sure hope there will be more in the future.

This is the area where we can’t tell you as much as we would like. Because for some reason Betkwiff wants us to register or login before we can look at the slots they have available.

So, whilst we were able to look at the casino landing page, we couldn’t move much beyond that in order to take a look around at their games as we were asked to register an account. This is baffling and seems totally unnecessary. We much rather want to first take a look to find out what we are getting into before being asked to sign up.

Overall, whilst having to sign up or sign in is very much a nuisance, from what we gather the online casino is definitely of high quality and worth checking out.

The actual FAQs are found when clicking on the ‘Help’ button, which opens a new window where you can read up about the site, find the terms and conditions and information about responsible gambling.

For everything else you will need to contact customer support and the best way to do that is using the live chat feature. That is always available and handy to have, though we would prefer to have generally more information available on the Betkwiff website. Most users don’t want to always have to fall back on live chat.

Design, usability and mobile play

The design of the Betkwiff casino is not bad. It is modern, easy on the eyes and easy to navigate. Keep in mind that we didn’t get to browse all areas as we would have liked, which means we don’t even know what the slots section looks like or what game filters are available here. We expect that the design from the casino landing page is continued throughout.

The main problem is that Betkwiffs homepage is not always the most user-friendly one. Clicking on ‘FAQ’ and opening a live chat window by doing so seems rather counterintuitive. Similarly, the sportsbook is definitely not user-friendly, which seems to be a major complaint among reviewers.

The casino does better in this regard, which is what we focus on here anyway. Our main complaint is that you can’t look at the slots without having to sign up for an account.
