Payment methods at GG.bet
As is often the case, GG.bet does not have a dedicated payments page for us. A row of logos at the bottom of the page show us some commonly available international payment options, but you will need to visit the cashbox (which is what the cashier is called here) to see all the options available in India. Alternatively, you can contact customer support for further information.
The FAQs and the terms and conditions don’t give us much more on this either, so we will have to make do with the few information we did find.

The withdrawal policies are somewhat strange, and you should read them carefully. The higher the withdrawal amount, the longer it takes for the transaction to be processed. The transaction limit for a single withdrawal is €9,000 or the currency equivalent. And the maximum withdrawal within a 30-day period is €20,000 (or currency equivalent). Also, if you withdrawal amount exceeds your initial deposit amount by 20x, you are allowed to withdraw a maximum of only $5,000 per month.
So, yeah, read the terms and conditions yourself just to avoid any delays or misunderstandings down the line.

As noted before, the customer service at GG.bet doesn’t enjoy the best reputation. Customers mainly seem to have an issue with scripted replies that are not necessarily helpful.
Design, usability and mobile play
The casino at GG.bet is quite decent to use. Navigation is fairly classic, meaning it is similar to that at many other online casinos we have seen in the past. There are menus on the left and in the centre, featured games, featured winners and featured specials. And yes, it is as much as it sounds, which is to say: the page feels cluttered.
The casino is nowhere near as bad as the sportsbook, however, which is rather terrible to navigate. But since the casino is our main focus here, we can assure you that it is still quite usable.
We did prefer using the mobile page, however, as the lack of space means a tidier layout and straightforward navigation. Yes, you may end up scrolling a lot, but that’s often the case with mobile casino pages.
GG.bet offers apps for iOS and Android, but they seem to be available only for betting and not for casino gaming.
Verdict: A great Indian online casino and a better eSports site
