Security and licensing – How trustworthy is PariPesa?

Most reviews we have seen for PariPesa seem favourable. There is much good to say about this bookmaker and online casino and nothing outright negative. Customers have the usual gripes, which often concern some terms and conditions, which can be strict – that much is true. But if someone violates the terms without reading them first, the blame is not with the online casino.

PariPesa has been around since 2019 and whilst no longer an unknown entity, they are also not big enough to be world-renowned. They are licensed through Curacao, which is pretty standard and not usually our favourite, but it does the job.

We couldn’t find anything that would have suggested that PariPesa is not trustworthy. But if you are doubtful, we simply recommend that you make smaller deposits, don’t claim the full bonus and try several withdrawals before committing fully.

Welcome Offer and Promotions

As yet another online casino built on the BetB2B platform, PariPesa’s welcome offer is one you will likely recognise as we have seen variations of it several times recently. You will be able to claim a sports welcome bonus or a casino welcome bonus. Here the latter is of more interest to us, of course. This is what you can expect:

Whilst an FAQ or help section is missing, the customer service at PariPesa is available around the clock. Be sure to contact them via live chat, Telegram or email.

The customer service team is usually trying their best, but we didn’t always find them super helpful, which is somewhat owed to a lack of in-depth knowledge on their part. Scripted answers are never useful and if we can’t get the answers we are looking for, we really find a dedicated FAQ section necessary.

Design, usability and mobile play

We have seen plenty of online casinos built on the BetB2B platform and whilst they are always at least somewhat cluttered and not easy to navigate, details do vary and sometimes make or break the design.

For instance, with PariPesa, the very blue colour scheme might be distinct, but doesn’t do the design any favours. A more muted colour would have felt less “in your face”, which would be appreciated with such a site that already overwhelms in many other aspects.

The sportsbook is worse than the online casino, mind you. The latter, which is our focus here, is manageable. The menu on the left-hand side takes up more space than we find necessary, but it isn’t difficult to use, and the filter options are usually helpful.

Most other casino sections are also user-friendly enough and don’t feel quite as cluttered as the sportsbook.

Ultimately, the better option might be the mobile site, which is more streamlined out of sheer necessity. Alas, PariPesa doesn’t offer an iOS app, but you will get an Android app to download.

Verdict: A solid online casino in India which has room to grow and become great

When we do back-to-back reviews of online casinos that are built on the same platform, the differences can be stark. Just because two casino (or more) might look the same, doesn’t mean they are.

PariPesa isn’t perfect. They offer a solid range of games and providers, but we are missing some of the best ones and that is a lack we don’t take lightly. On top of that, there aren’t any familiar big or even small jackpots available, so we don’t really know what we are getting here.

Still, there are a ton of great games and an excellent variety of games, which means they are worth checking out. Since PariPesa is still among the newer casinos, we may very well see further providers added in the future.
