Most visitors at MostBet will likely come here for its solid sportsbook. But MostBet has much more to offer than that. Indeed, a large casino with a live casino section as well as a poker network make this very much a full-service gambling provider that doesn’t leave a lot to be desired.

Operated by Bizbon N.V., MostBet was founded in 2009, which means they have been around for quite some time.

Our research indicates that MostBet is viewed favourably by many, but does that mean this is the online casino for you? Read our full review to find out.

Security and licensing – How trustworthy is MostBet?

Given that MostBet has been operating for 13 years now, we’d say they have done enough right to still be a viable betting and gambling site. They claim over 1 million customers worldwide, which is not as much as you might think it is but enough to keep things rolling along nicely.

MostBet is licensed in Curacao, which means they are operating legally and are regulated according to the laws of Curacao’s government. However, it isn’t the strictest gambling jurisdiction and not usually helpful for customers who run into trouble with an operator.

But MostBet has a solid rating on AskGamblers, and they are happy to help if you have problems with an online casino. There is only one complaint about MostBet on their site, which can hopefully be resolved.

Customer reviews of MostBet are generally quite good as well, but we don’t necessarily trust one-time reviewers who have only positive things to say. Experienced reviewers will point out the good and the bad and there is little of that to be found about MostBet. So, read these reviews with some scepticism and make up your own mind if you decide to sign up at MostBet.

This is a secure gambling site, mind you, and whether it is trustworthy is usually a somewhat personal opinion anyway.

Welcome Offer and Promotions

MostBet offers plenty of bonuses and promotions, which is always a nice thing to find. Casino customers can look forward to a welcome bonus worth up to INR 25,000, which is either 100% or 125% of your initial deposit depending on how much you end up depositing. Also, there are 250 free spins on top of that, which are added to your account in instalments of 50 across five days.

Our main issue are the wagering requirements with this bonus: 60x in just 7 days. That’s nearly impossible to do unless you play at the casino for hours on end. Keep in mind that there is also a limit for how much you can stake on a single wager on games. And not all games contribute equally towards the rollover requirements.

Therefore, we recommend that you don’t claim the full bonus and perhaps check out the other free spin offers that are available or the tournaments running at MostBet, where you can win extra cash as well.

Games and products MostBet

MostBet doesn’t specify the number of games available at their library, but they work with about 150 game providers, and they definitely offer several thousand slots, table games and well over a hundred live casino games.

You will find big-name game developers such as NetEnt, Yggdrasil, Playtech, Pragmatic Play, Red Tiger, Microgaming and many others here as well as loads of smaller studios that you may never have heard of before.

You can sort games according to slots, roulette, card games or jackpots. The latter, however, will not give you the big progressive jackpots you might be looking for. Mega Moolah, Mega Fortune, Hall of Gods, Empire Fortune or any of the others are all missing. We couldn’t even find most of the smaller local jackpots from our favourite providers – so that’s definitely a disappointment.

Fans of live casino tables can look forward to the usual range of games, many of the from Evolution Gaming, including roulette, baccarat, blackjack, Deal or No Deal, Monopoly as well Andar Bahar and Teen Patti.

Virtual games, Aviator and Toto are also offered, plus Keno, Bingo and scratch cards can be found when specifically search for them.

Finally, a poker network has been added sometime in the last two years and you get to join tables with your preferred type of poker at reasonable limits and buy-ins to face off against players from around the world.

Payment methods at MostBet

If you scroll to the bottom of the homepage, you’ll see the usual range of logos for payment providers such as Visa or MasterCard as well as ecoPayz and WebMoney. Clicking on the FAQ section will also show you the ‘Payment Options’, which further include PayTM, Khalti, ConnectIPS, GPay and a selection of cryptocurrencies.

NetBanking and UPI are apparently not available here. We couldn’t find them listed anywhere, at least.

Clicking on any of the payment options in the list will give you a detailed explanation of how to use it, which is quite helpful.

Whilst the FAQs do offer some deposit and withdrawal-related questions and answers, it’s not as detailed as we would prefer, and you may have to ask customer service for further information. We don’t even know whether there are withdrawal limits as that is not mentioned anywhere.

24/7 customer support

Thankfully, the customer support is available around the clock, and you can easily contact them via the live chat or even via Telegram. The support seems to only be available in English, however, so keep that in mind.

Also, whilst we found them reasonably engaging, they missed the mark sometimes in responding to complaints we have seen here and there, thanking the reviewer but not really addressing the issue at hand.

The good thing is that there is an FAQ now, which is a more recent addition and should help you in getting started at MostBet in any case.

Design, usability and mobile play

MostBet comes with a blue and white colour scheme that is quite pleasant to look at. The homepage is well-structured and easy to navigate. But it can feel somewhat cluttered and in particular the casino is not very well organised. We would prefer more filter options for games as you have to search for certain types of games manually (including keno, bingo or scratch cards), which is somewhat annoying.

Overall, the user experience is mostly a pleasant one and we found no issues with loading games or during gameplay.

By the way, for a distraction-free gaming experience we can recommend the full-screen view, which is available for all games.

And, of course, the site is not only fully mobile compatible, allowing you to play games in your mobile browser, MostBet has also developed mobile apps for Android and iOS, which you can download directly from their homepage.

Verdict: A solid online casino which only really lacks big progressive jackpots

As you can probably tell by now, we have hardly any complaints about MostBet’s online casino offering. It’s great. Awesome game providers, plenty of games, a live casino and a poker network. What more could you ask for?

Well, progressive jackpot games, for starters. Those are not available and that’s truly a shame.

But in every aspect we found hardly any issues with MostBet’s online casino and have no reason to not recommend them.

To sum things up:

  • Indian customers are welcome
  • Great casino library
  • Tons of live dealer tables
  • Good sportsbook
  • Easy-to-use website
  • 24/7 customer service
  • Loads of promotions and bonuses

Cons

  • Tough bonus conditions
  • No progressive jackpots
  • Game filters not sufficient
